PEN’s strength comes from the global reach of our membership. It is important that as many Centres as possible are able to participate in PEN International’s Annual Congress.

Voting rights will be granted to one Delegate representing each Centre eligible to vote. If you are a Delegate eligible to vote on behalf of your Centre, please indicate this in the registration form.

If there are multiple delegates representing your Centre, please decide internally who will be the voting delegate and inform the Congress team no later than one week prior to the Congress. Otherwise, voting rights will be allocated based on the hierarchy within your PEN Centre. To be eligible to vote, ensure that your membership dues are paid no later than one week prior to Congress

Please don't hesitate to contact the Congress organizing team at PEN International:  Sabrina Bravi -  Sabrina.bravi@pen-international.org, Pavlo Bilyk - Pavlo.bilyk@pen-international.org, with any questions regarding the Congress.

We look forward to receiving your registration and to welcoming you online later this year.
